The Billion Dollar Start-Up Blueprint (Infographic)
While diligently working through my MBA program, I fast became familiar with the strategy for effectively starting a business. When I came across this share, provided by Entrepreneur contributor, Catherine Gifford (2014), I knew this post would be a “no-brainer” share. Although the contained infographic should be used as a high-level perspective, the illustration, crafted by Anna Vital (2014) renders a simplified, step-by-step overview about how to make money the start-up way.
As you know, my days are filled with client consults, working with team members and colleagues, scheduling and productivity processes, and heading our firm’s leadership division. Throughout the course of a given work day, I still find myself teaching more complicated start-up methodologies, which are not always easily or quickly received by those whom I called to serve. I am often reminded that there are times and situations where a more simplified approach is most appropriate. Therefore, let this be a lesson to be considered by each of us entrepreneurs that sometimes simple is better when aspiring to get our point across more efficiently, in the best interest, of those who we face and serve on a daily basis.
I hope this infographic reveals a more direct approach to moving your business through each of the depicted levels and that you are able to attain the success to which you ultimately aspire.
Be smart and be encouraged,
